A Letter from Our Founder

Yunara Life was born from love - love for people, for healing, and for growth.

For years, I watched patients come into the emergency room and my clinic exhausted, burnt out, and disconnected from their own well-being. They knew what they “should” be doing, but life kept getting in the way. I realized what people were missing wasn’t information. It was support. Compassion. Understanding.

I wanted to create an ecosystem where healthcare didn’t feel clinical or intimidating, where people feel cared for, not just treated. A place where evidence-based medicine meets therapeutic self-care, and where science can coexist with soul.

Building Yunara on the principles of lifestyle medicine was inspired by my father – a retired pharmacy director who, despite knowing everything there is to know about medications, always told me that “exercise is the best medicine.” With a family history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, he chose to fight his genetic predisposition not out of fear, but out of love for his family.

That belief lives at the heart of Yunara Life. We exist to help people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it – to make healthy living feel attainable, rewarding, and human. Because life is full of highs and lows, and sometimes we all need a team to help us get back on track.
That’s what Yunara is – a bridge between worlds, a sanctuary for transformation, and a celebration of what it means to be human. To fall, to rise, and to keep choosing love – for ourselves and for those around us.

Welcome to Yunara Life.
I’m so glad you’re here.
